Cleaning & Restoration of The Ridge, Hong Kong
Stonewest InternationalStonewest HK are delighted to have completed the restoration of the Grade II* listed facades at 8 Pollock’s Path, known locally as ‘The Ridge’.
As one of the earliest homes constructed on the Peak, built sometime between 1880 and 1890, the single storey mansion was latterly used as the official residence of the French Consulate General.
The house occupies the highest point amongst other residential buildings and enjoys a wonderful 360 degree scenery of the Victoria Harbour.
Following a detailed cleaning and surveying process, Stonewest HK’s expert team have restored the mixture of classical features such as projecting cornices, egg and dart mouldings, column and arched window heads to the exacting standard such a prestigious location deserves.
