Project Overview

Restoration and dismantling and rebuilding of the structurally unstable section of the Grade II listed wall.

Key Successes

Assisting the Client with developing the Heritage Statement, Listed Planning Application and action all subsequent conditions.
Phase the works into restoration repairs and rebuilding.
Source suitable sympathetic materials and prepare site sample panels for Local Authority and Historic England inspection/approval.
Manage variations and introduce/manage specialist sub-contractors into the project.
Phase works to best effect.
Marshall pedestrian traffic and maintain safeguarding of Client’s property when wall was dismantled.
Monitor all works for quality control and carry out self-snagging and subsequently client inspections upon completion.
