Melrose House (5, Saville Row)
Stonewest Ltd were appointed specialists to carry out new build works on Melrose House, including the design, manufacture and fixing of structural and cladding masonry.
The works involved:

- Stonewest also installed four unique bronze fracture fines using 20mm thick solid bronze each weighing approx 300kg. Special fixing brackets designed by Stonewest Limited were used to hold the fines in place.
- All stonework was fixed back to Pre-Tensioned slabs using stainless steel fixings; all the fixings were specially designed and detailed to accommodate the tension in the floor slabs.
